I have the honor to forward six printed Copies of the Minutes of the late Session of the Legislative Council of this Colony.

2. The large amount of work entailed uponthe the Government Printing Office during the earlier portion of the year in the preparation of Mining Licences and other Forms required under the New Ordinances has caused delay in the transmission of these Minutes.
