I have the honor to acquaint you that I have instructed the Crown Agents to place to the credit of Naval Services the sum of £49.7.0 on account of the passage afforded in H.M.S. "Devastation" to the Bishop of British Columbia from the 29th of March to the 1st of May 1863.
