I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain
copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature
of this Colony entitled;<fw type="catchword" style="text-align: right;">N<hi style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 80%;">o</hi> 33.</fw><pb facs="co_60_29/co_60_29_00120v.jpg"/>

Marriage.

The Attorney General's report shews
that this measure merely extends an Ordinance already allowed
on the Mainland over the whole surface of the Colony.
