With reference to my letter of the 20th November last on the subject of the sale of spirituous liquors to the Indians I have now the honour to enclose for the information of His Grace the Duke of Buckingham an extract of a letter from the Company's Representative at VancouverIsland Island dated the 2nd of February last.
