With reference to previous correspondence on the subject of the Mail service between this country and British Columbia, I transmit to you a copy of a letter which I have received from the Postmaster General relating to an alleged arrangement with the PostOffice Office authorities of the United States and of the answer which I have caused to be returned to that letter.
