I have the honor to inform you with reference to my despatches Nos. 89 and 90 of the 21 and 22 October that copies of the correspondence with Messr. Sproat and with the Hudsons Bay Company asto to the Extension of the terms of the Reciprocity Treaty to British Columbia will be forwarded by Lord Stanley to Her Majesty's Minister at Washington.
