I am directed by the Earl of Clarendon to transmit to you, to be laid before Earl Granville, a copy of a despatch from Her Majesty's Minister at Washington, reporting a Resolution that has been recently adopted by the Senate of the United States, in regard to the island ofSan San Juan.
