Instant</date>, of your Despatch No 11 of the <date when="1856-05-15">15<hi style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 80%;">th</hi> of May last</date>, approving of the measures adopted for the protection of the Settlements in this
Colony and also of the Circular Despatches of the dates noted in the
