Copy, Carnarvon to Moody, 19 August 1858, authorizing him to dispatch twenty Sappers and Miners for British Columbia by Panama steamer, which leaves on 1 September, as per Moody's conversation with Lytton this afternoon. "This measure is so important that it must take precedence of all other arrangements."
