In continuation of the Return of Sales of Land in Vancouver's Island furnished you on the 15th July 1858, by Captain Shepherd then Governor of this Company, I have now the honour to transmit for your information a Copy of a letter addressed by Governor Douglas to the Secretary of this Company, under date the 25th November 1858 together with statements of the Sales of Land effected in that Island from the 10th October 1857 to the 4th November 1858, together with the names of the purchasers, and the Districts in which such Sales have been effected.

I also transmit returns furnished by Governor Douglas, of the vessels which entered the Port of Victoria Vancouver's Island, from June 28th till November 25th 1858, and of the revenue received by the DepartmentDepartment of Customs at the Port of Victoria for the Quarter ending September 29th 1858.
