I have the honor to transmit herewith an Address to the Queen, which has this day been handed to me on behalf of the Bishop and Clergy of the United Church of England and Ireland inin Vancouvers Island and British Columbia, with the request that I would forward the same to Your Grace for presentation to Her Majesty.
