Not having been able to come up to London until the 22nd inst I had not the opportunity before of consulting my legal adviser respecting the Draft Conveyance enclosed in your letter of the 2nd inst.

It is now in his hands with certain points which I desire to submit to His Grace and I hope before the end ofthe the present week to return it to your office.
