I have the honor to transmit to you the Deed of Endorsement of Christ Church in Victoria Vancouver Island which has been duly executed by the Hudson's Bay Company, and by His Grace the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Bishop of Columbia.

It is necessary that the Deed should be executed by you, and that you should deliver it to the Bishop with whom it will rest to effect it's registration, or any other formalities requisite in Vancouver Island.
