I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to issue the sum of £800 to Col. Moody on account of the expenses of a party of 12 Royal Engineers who are to proceed to British Columbia via Panama under the charge of Capt. Grant R.E.
