Sir,
With reference to the letter of this Board of the 25th ult, 1 I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill drawn by Captain Parsons R.E. for the sum of £187.14. for the service of the detachment under his command proceeding to Vancouvers Island.
