Sir,
With further reference to your letter of the 6th Instant, 1 I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit herewith Copy of a letter from the Commissioners of Audit with the enclosed Forms, and I am to request that you will move Sir E.B. Lytton to forward the same to the Governor of British Columbia, with instructions to him to adopt the Forms so soon as the Financial arrangements of the Colony may admit.
