I have the honour to request that the Lord Commrs of Her Majesty's Treasury may be authorized to place to my credit at Cox & Coy the sum of £3000 three thousand pounds as a first installment, for the payment of stores authorised to be purchased for the British Columbian Expedition, such stores not being obtainable from the Tower.
