I have been requested by my brother in law Lord Bandon to ask you if you willManuscript image kindly give a letter of recommendation to the Governor of British Columbia in favor of a Mr John Gaggin of the Royal Cork Artillery who isManuscript image about to emigrate.
The object is to certify that he is a respectable person and Lord Bandon is prepared to state that such is the case.
