Lytton transmits “the Queen’s Revocation” of the Hudson’s Bay Company’s grant that “extends to the Territories comprized [sic] within the Colony of British Columbia.”

Referring to my Despatch No 8 (Vancouver's Island) of the 14th Ultimo 1 I transmit to you, herewith, the Queen's Revocation of the Crown Grant of the 30th of May 1838 to the Hudson's Bay Company in so far as the said Grant embracesorManuscript image or extends to the Territories comprized within the Colony of British Columbia.
