Referring to my Despatch No 7 of the 2nd Instant, 1 I have the honor to transmit to you herewith a Warrant under the Royal Sign Manual authorising you to pass Letters Patent under the PublicManuscript image Seal of British Columbia appointing Colonel Moody to be Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works.
