it to the Colonial Office.

I have the honor to transmit to you herewith, the Queen's Warrant for
appointing Captn Gosset to be Treasurer for British Columbia.
You will obtain from Captain Gosset the Sum of 30%
which has been advanced for the Stamp on his Warrant,and and remit the same
to Mr Smith, the Chief Clerk of my Office.
