I have to request that you will communicate to Colonel Moody the correspondence, of which I annex copies, with the War Department respecting Corporal Spackman R.E. with reference to an application which Colonel Moody addressed to me that this Corporal might be attachedManuscript image to the Party of Royal Engineers in British Columbia. 1
