Lytton requests that Douglas forwards to Moody a copy of a letter on the subject of Parliamentary papers for British Columbia from the Stationery Office.

I have to request that you will communicate to Colonel Moody, with reference to an application which he addressed to me for copies of certain Parliamentary papers, the enclosed copy of a letter on the subject from the Comptroller of the Stationery Office. 1
