With reference to my Despatch No 52 of the 10th of December I transmit a Copy of a letter from the Board of Treasury enclosing their Lordships Instructions to the Treasurer of British Columbia for keeping the accounts of the Colony. 1
In forwarding these InstructionsInstructionsManuscript image to the Treasurer for his guidance you will explain to him that the Forms of Authorities and the other forms to which the Lords Commissioners refer will be supplied to you as soon as the state of the financial arrangements may admit.
