I have duly communicated to Captain Parsons R.E. the information contained in your Despatch of the 1st December last, No 49, respecting the acceptance of the Bills, to the amount of £1600, drawn by him toManuscript imageto defray the expenses of the conveyance of the Party of Royal Engineers under his charge to British Columbia.
