Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your Despatch of the 6th January last No 3, enclosing the copy of a letter from the Commissioners of Audit with the forms therein referred to for the adoption by the Treasurer of British Columbia, so soon as the financialManuscript imagefinancial arrangements of the Colony may admit, and I beg to acquaint you that the instructions therein contained shall be duly attended to.
