The Persons named on the other side hereof, having been entertained onboard Her Majesty's Ship Satellite on the occasions and between the dates stated against their names; I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request that you will move Secy Sir E.B. Lytton to cause me to be informed, whether the expense of the Entertainment is to be borne by the Public.
