With reference to the letter of this Board of the 5 Inst., I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you for the information of the Secretary of State that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay the following Bills drawn by Mr J. Douglas Governor of British Columbia for expenses incurred by Colonel Moody on account of the Colony vizt;
