I have the honor to acknowledge your Grace's Circular Despatch of the 29th November 1859, enclosing for my information copy of a correspondence between the Colonial Department and the Foreign Manuscript image Foreign Office, relative to extending the interpretation of the convention of 1843 between the French and English Governments, for the extradition of Criminals, to the case of Criminals under sentence, as well as persons charged with offences but not yet tried.
2. I have also, to thank your Grace, for the extradition Treaty of 1843, of which previously Manuscript image previously I had no copy.
