OxygenXMLEditor I have the honor to acquaint your Grace that not having funds in the Colonial Chest to meet this demand, I have instructed the Treasurer to procure the above named sum by Bills on Her Majesty's Paymaster General, and I trust your Grace will be pleased to obtain the necessary authority from the Manuscript image the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, for the Bills presented on this account to be paid, when they become due.
