transmit for your Grace's information copy of a Report I have
received from
Mr Whannell late Justice of the Peace at
Yale,
into whose charge the effects of the deceased were given.

Mr Whannell's explanation of the disposition

of
Rice's effects appears to me to be satisfactory, and I
am unable after diligent enquiry to furnish Your Grace with
information on this subject from any other quarter.
