I have the honor to forward herewith accounts of the expenditure incurred by Captains Grant and Parsons in conveying the parties of Royal EngineersunderManuscript image under their command to British Columbia in 1858.
2. I have to apologize for the delay that has taken place in the transmission of these Documents, but I only yesterday received the Balance Sheets in a complete form from Colonel Moody.
