I have the honor to acquaint your Grace that I have authorised the Treasurer to procure by Bills on the Paymaster General, the sum of Fifteen hundred Pounds (£1500) for the Regimental Pay of the Detachment of Royal EngineersservingManuscript image serving in British Columbia and I have to request your Grace will issue the necessary instructions for the Bills presented on this account to be paid when they become due.
