Adverting to my Despatch No 50 of the 22nd Ultimo, and to previous correspondence upon the subject of Returns and Accounts required from this Government, I have the honor to forward herewith the Return for the year 1860 as described on the other side hereof,
Abstract of the actual Revenue & Expenditure during the Year 1860, divided under the different established heads of service.
