With reference to your despatch No. 193 of the 22nd of July 1859, I have to instruct you to remit to the Colonial Agents General, Messrs Barnard and Julyan, the sum of £67 which has been paid into the Colonial Treasury of BritishManuscript image Columbia by Captain Gosset on account of his passage from Ceylon to this country in May 1858.
