With reference to your Grace's Despatch No 94 of the 7th December last, I have the honor to forward herewith the report of the Attorney General upon certain Proclamations transmitted in my Despatch No 27 oftheManuscript image the high23rd April last, and which Report I regret has been inadvertently overlooked until now, for which I beg to tender my apology.
