I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of Your Grace's Despatch No 141, of the 16th September, acquainting me that under the circumstances represented Her Majesty's Government will not withhold their assent totheManuscript image the appointment of a separate Officer with a Salary of five hundred pounds a year to perform the duties of Registrar General of Titles to Land.
