I have the honor to request that you will acquaint the Municipal Council of New Westminster that their Address of Condolence to the Queen, forwarded with your despatch "Separate" of the 13th of March, has been duly laid before Her Majesty, and that you will assure them that its expressions of loyal sympathy are fully appreciated by Her Majesty.
