I have the honour to acquaint you that, under the circumstances represented in your despatch No. 29 of the 18th of June, Her Majesty's Government will not withhold their assent from your proposal to appoint a separate officer with a salary of five hundred pounds a year to perform the Duties of RegistrarManuscript image General of Titles to Land.
