Messrs Cox & Co present their compliments to Sir Frederick Rogers and with reference to the letter from the Colonial Office of the 9th Instant, beg that the usual Certificate may be furnished to them, required by the Paymaster General before the issue of Colonel R.C. Moody's salary for March 1/4 last.
