I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith, for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell, a Copy of a Letter from Vice Admiral Kingcome, dated the 12th July last, No 74, reporting his return to Esquimalt from Bentinck Arm, and relating to the proceedings of Mr Seymour, Governor of British Columbia, and the expedition for the capture of the Bute Inlet Murderers.
