Sir,
I have the honor to acquaint you that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been authorised to comply with the Requisition for Stores for the Assay Department forwarded by your Predecessor on the 11th of April last.
The Agents have reported the receipt of a Bill for£6,200Manuscript image £6,200 which matures on the 30th of next month, from the proceeds of which the cost of the Stores will be defrayed.
