Sir,
I have laid before the Queen the Ordinance, which was enclosed in your Despatch No. 10, of the 2nd of June, entitled No. 12 "An Ordinance to increase the facilities for registering documents relating to real property" and I havetheManuscript image the honor to inform you that Her Majesty has been pleased to confirm and allow it.
You will communicate Her Majesty's decision upon the Ordinance to the Inhabitants of British Columbia in the usual manner.
