I have the honor to forward the following Returns for the Quarter ended 31st December 1864.
No. 1 Returns of all changes in the Holders of existing offices and appointments arising from promotion or otherwise, as also of all additions toestablishedManuscript image established Salaries and Allowances under settled regulations for length of Service.
Return No. 2 Of all New Offices and Appointments created, and of all additions to established Salaries and Allowances, not provided for by length of Service, as also of all payments of an unusual description directed or authorized to be paid by the Governor from the Colonial Treasury.
