Sir,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain
Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature
of this Colony, entitled;
No. 12. An Ordinanceto
to amend the Excise Laws.
I add the Report of the Attorney General.
to amend the Excise Laws.
2. This Ordinance was passed in consequence of the rise
in the import duties on Spirits effected under the Ordinance
No. 3 of the same Session.
