I have the honor to report that in conformity with the Royal Instructions I have this day taken the Oaths of Office as Administrator of the Government during the temporary absence of GovernorSeymourManuscript image Seymour.
2. Mr Seymour took his departure for England by the Mail Steamer which left Esquimalt on the 7th Instant.
