Sir,
With reference to my Confidential Despatch of the 16th of November last, I have the honor to transmit to you the enclosed Copy of a Despatch from the GovernorManuscript image of British Honduras from which it appears that Captain Holmes was attended for an attack of delirium tremors whilst he was passing through Jamaica on his way to this Country.
