I have received your Despatch No. 77 of the 3rd of June and have learned with much regret the intelligence of the death of Mr. Ogilvy, the Collector of Customs at Bella Coola.
I trust that it may be found possible to arrest the murderer in order that he may be dealt withaccordingManuscript image according to Law.
