transmitting three Ordinances passed by the Legislature of British Columbia in the month of April last entitled respectively "No. 19—"AnManuscript imageAn Ordinance to prevent the violation of Indian graves." "No. 20—An Ordinance to amend the Law relating to Bankruptcy and Insolvency in British Columbia," and "No. 23—An Ordinance respecting arrest and imprisonment for Debt."
I have laid these Ordinances before The Queen and Her Majesty has been pleased to confirm and allow them.
You will communicate Her Majesty's decision to the Inhabitants of the ColonyunderManuscript image under your Government in the usual and most authentic manner.
