Sir,
I have the honor to transmit an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the present Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled; No. 2. An OrdinanceinManuscript image in Aid of the Trustees Relief Act. I add the Report of the Attorney General.
2. I caused this Ordinance to be introduced in the amended shape in obedience to the instructions contained in your Despatch No. 53 of the 3rd August last.
